IdeasEmotional healing with drama - We aim to help the people of the world heal themselves emotionally through drama. Each script is written to help express the protagonists' emotions, heal their past traumas and encourage them to develop their potential more fully. Empowerment & Wisdom with children - Through performances, we also help children explore their emotions, creativity and meaning. They grow along with us. Wholesome Alternative Media - Drama originally helped to pass on the spiritual wisdom of our ancestors throughout the ages. We aim to create drama with a spiritual theme that appeals to the masses to help them create a meaningful life, in contrast to common drama which is purely for entertainment. |

What we believe charity work could be
Self-sustaining - Charity work should not rely on donations for its survival to avoid being held financial hostage by donors' whims and political pressures. Rather than risk sacrificing its original vision and integrity, it is best to have a fair exchange where all parties benefit. Charities who do not have to answer to profitability are also often prone to inefficiency. Effective - Charity work should solve its problems by making itself obsolete. If it does not do so, such work is not worth our time and commitment. Meaningful to all - Charity work should not only help other people, but also breathe life and meaning into the lives of those who are doing it. Self-sacrifice is one of the fastest way to create resentment. |

Effortless Achievement - What we do should be easy and effortless and not requiring superhuman effort. We should plan charity work in such a way that people cannot help but create a better world. Falling prey to the belief that putting in more effort is better creates bitter and impossible struggles.

Reciprocity - We help others grow if they help us grow. We are a human organization and we want meaningful relationships where partners, staff and customers mutually help and inspire each other. The customer is not always right - Good service is our answer to meaningful support and no service is our answer to no support. Meaning - The #1 competitive advantage today is meaning, which is lacking in our highly materialistic society. We aim to remain connected to our intuition and spirituality in our work and policies so that whatever we do is always of the highest inspiration. |
Practical - We aim to provide concepts that people can truly understand and practice through work that can speak to the heart and body as well as to the mind. We are inspired by Waldorf education with its emphasis in experiencing learning through the entire person.
Being Human - We aim to keep what we do simple and intimate so that our organization is an extension of our humanity. Although we will create a great positive impact in this world, we would do so only using human oriented methods and systems to ensure that we always remain true to our heart's inspiration.
What we believe education could be
Preparing for tomorrow, not yesterday - Instead of training and molding children for the ideals of yesterday, we should prepare them in the best possible way to adapt and improvise for the world they will enter tomorrow.
Meaningful Inspiration - All education should permeate the learner with unity, awe and beauty, for all knowledge is truly beautiful and all concepts wondrous. Both teachers and students should constantly remain with this spirit so that this knowledge shall be used to inspire not only themselves but also the entire world around them. The Human In Us - True Education should be an education of the human spirit, not a machine. We are not machines and certificates do not mean anything to us. We value experience, expression and meaning. Education should fit the human expression rather than the statistical, mechanical calculations of conventional education. |

Serving as role models - We show the world to our children through education. Teachers are the ambassadors of human society. The importance of having suitable teachers in remaking our society cannot be underestimated.
