Productions

With Khus's generous assistance, we have done some amateur video productions as part of our internal media training.

We recommend that you watch the videos with a broadband connection, unless you don't mind waiting for them to download.

Technical Notes

If you can't watch the videos, install Macromedia Flash.

If you want to playback the 3G videos, please install either Quicktime 6.54 or above or the VLC media player.

Due to a problem playing the 3GP files on some handphones, Eric has reencoded them at a lower resolution. he has also made the 3GP files less jerky.

Q&A

1) The videos start and stop frequently and take too long to watch. What is happening?

Perhaps your computer is streaming the videos instead of downloading them to your hard disk. You may need to get a faster Internet connection or wait for a less buy time to watch the videos.

2) The 3G videos jerk a lot. Is that intentional?

The 3G videos are meant for mobile phones with limited memory and thus are kept as small as possible. One way to shrink them (quite a lot) is to run the video very slowly. Although it may jerk a bit, it should still be watchable on the tiny screen of your phone.

3) While I was viewing the videos, my dog ate my phone! Can I claim compensation from you?

Sorry, we are not responsible for any mishaps or problems that may be caused by viewing our videos. Download them at your own risk.

4) Call I call you / email you to solve my technical problems?

Well, honestly we would prefer you ask your friends first. Or perhaps you can just try a different computer and the problem might go away.

But if the problem is actually with our files, do tell us and we will fix it.
